Before You Leave Gainesville
Since you just arrived, you are probably not thinking about when you leave. It is important to note, however, that when your exchange term is complete, you MUST come to the UFIC to do a "Check out" session with the Exchange Program Advisor.
The check out session is essential to ensure that your grades are sent to your school and that your address is changed with the university. At this time, we will also request that you complete an exchange student survey so that we can learn what you liked and didn't like about your stay in Gainesville. We also like to take this time to say goodbye to our wonderful exchange students!
NOTE: If you do any laser printing in the computer labs the two weeks
before you leave, you will likely have to pay for your fees after you leave
Gainesville. You will be instructed at check out how to access your financial
record online with ISIS (www.isis.ufl.edu). You will have
to pay for these fees by credit card. UF will not release your grades if
you owe any money for printing or any other charges.
