International Fulbrights
Fulbright Scholars, both students and faculty, come to the University of Florida from abroad to pursue their educational and professional goals. They apply in their home country, and their entry arrangements are supervised by AMIDEAST, IIE, and LASPAU for students and CIES and LASPAU for faculty.
UFIC invites the International Fulbright Scholars to an annual Spring Fulbright Reception.
International Fulbright Students
International students should consult these websites for information about the application process from abroad:
Notification of award to an international Fulbright student is sent by AMIDEAST, IIE and LASPAU to Ms. Debra Anderson, Coordinator, International Student Services.
All international Fulbright students must check in with at the University of Florida International Center through the International Student Services office, 170 Hub, Ms. Debra Anderson, Coordinator.
International Fulbright Faculty and Scholars
International faculty and scholars should consult the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) website for information about application of faculty from abroad.
Departments wishing to sponsor an international Fulbright Scholar, consult following sites:
Notification of award to an international Fulbright faculty member is sent by CIES to Dr. Sandra Russo with a copy to the UF faculty sponsor.
Sponsoring departments serve as hosts to the visiting Fulbrighters.
All international Fulbright faculty must check in at the University of Florida International Center through the International Faculty & Scholar Services office, 170 Hub, Dr. Sandra Russo.
