TGS Certificate - The Transnational and Global Studies Center (TGSC) offers a new graduate certificate to recognize the successful completion of graduate level coursework related to transnational and global issues.
Scholarship
The UFIC Student International Brown Bag is a monthly series highlighting UF students’ research on international and global topics. Students do presentations either at the International Center or at Oak Hammock, the Retirement Community affiliated with UF. To see a list of past and upcoming speakers, click here. Engagement
The Global Photo Competition provides students an opportunity to showcase photographs taken around the world. Awards are given in each of four categories: Study Abroad Students; International Students; Faculty, Staff and Alumni; and UF Photography and Photojournalism Students.
Rotary CONNECTIONS! creates a forum for international students and local Rotarians in the nearby community of Williston to exchange cross-cultural information with each other about traditions, food, personal philosophies and life experiences.
International Students’ Spouses and Families - UFIC/ISS is committed to ensuring the integration of international families into the life of the University of Florida and the city of Gainesville.
Navigators is a group of students at the University of Florida whose goal is to enhance the time that international students spend in Gainesville, to broaden cultural understanding, and to build a rich international community at UF.
